Graphtec Announces Partnership with PrintFactory for Seamless Integration with Cutting Tables

The collaboration aims to deliver a tailored integration solution specifically designed for Graphtec cutting tables, revolutionizing customers’ Print & Cut workflow.

PrintFactory is a complete print software ecosystem catering to the Large Format, Textile, and Industrial digital print industry. It encompasses workflow software equipped with network apps, smart tools, and XML instructions to enhance production speed by automating repetitive tasks.

The new integrated software offers several features specifically tailored to Graphtec users, including:
- Rear and Front barcodes for continuous operation
- XY intermediate Registration marks to ensure the most accurate cutting
- Masked registration marks for high-reflective/colored/special media
- Automatic crop mark generation from within PrintFactory.
Some of the standout features of PrintFactory include the integrated desktop Editor app, which allows users to make font changes, color corrections, and layout adjustments without the need for expensive third-party design apps. Additionally, PrintFactory’s integrated Layout app empowers printers to print, cut, nest, and create double-sided jobs efficiently, while handling white generation, specialty colors, and providing dedicated tools for various segments. PrintStation facilitates workload balancing and enhances production control, simplifying load distribution across teams. The Just-in-Time Cloud Nesting tool enables smart, automatic changes or manual adjustments to jobs up until the last second, without compromising production speed.
